About the CBP Program
Certified Business ProfessionalThe Certified Bsuiness Professional Program is an international industry credential that validates and develops the business professional. A typical candidate is a professional in pursuit of excellence and is committed to exceeding and surpassing all standards for the business professional. the CBP program establishes a foundation-level, industry-neutral certification for business professionals; enabling employers and the candidate to have a platform to develop the CBP for targeted positions within corporations. The CBP also develops important life-skills that transcend the work environment into many aspects of living.

The workshops, lectures, simulations and hands-on sessions provide the training and learning environment to maximize the candidate's potential. The certification examination measures the skills and knowledge earned by the program.

The program was developed by industry-wide and cross platform job task analysis and consultation with key industry representatives to ensure the program's effectiveness and applicability. This ensures that the candidate is exposed to functional business tasks and gains practical exposure to the work environment.

Computer Skills Training

With just one day, we can make a difference. Our Instruction-Led courses are typically one day long and provide students with the necessary information to unleash the power of their computer. Our daytime class schedules are published quarterly, which gives you time to plan. Our most popular courses are offered at least once a month, which gives you plenty of time to choose the courses you want to take and fit them into your schedule.

Training at The Learning Center
We have Training Location in Petoskey and Gaylord, Michigan. To ensure the optimal learning experience, our maximum computer class size is 8 students. Our training program is structured to give each student individual attention. We have Expert Trainers who are able to communicate often-complex information in a simple and understandable manner. Our staff has over 45 years of combined experience in the training industry and is dedicated to improving computer knowledge.

One-on-One Training
Employees often need help with specific problems. Workplace Solutions Training essentially on-site one-on-one coaching and could be the solution. It is a way to get specific problems solved without expensive consulting charges.

Computer Lab Rental
You may rent our computer labs. We have labs for up to 8 or 12 students. Train using your own instructors, and/your own curricula and/or manuals, and/or your own software.
